Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:30-3:30),
- Tuesday & Thursday (8:30-3:30)
Salary Range: $17.25- $18.25/hour;
Sign – on Bonus: $500.00 after 90 days of employment
Summary:
Team Leaders support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in workplace, social, and community settings. This role focuses on skill-building, safety, teamwork, and encouraging independence.
Responsibilities:
- Support adults with I/DD during job tasks at Heartstrings businesses
- Provide transportation and supervision in the community
- Teach skills, encourage independence, and promote positive social interactions
- Maintain daily documentation and communication with team
- Support special events, fundraisers, and community activities
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and actively participate in programming
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience
