Hospital Hill Run, an annual Kansas City event and a fundraising opportunity for Heartstrings! Hospital Hill Run is a widely anticipated event for all of Kansas City as well as a renowned world-class race, occurring each year on the first weekend in June. As the oldest race in Kansas City, it has grown to over 9,000 runners and spans two days with three different races; a 5k on Friday night followed by a 7.7 mile run and half marathon on Saturday morning. In 2008, Hospital Hill Run launched the opportunity for Not-for-Profit organizations to utilize HHR as a fundraising opportunity for their organization. Since that time, Heartstrings Community Foundation is proud to be one of the charities chosen to participate.
